1. Use of Services PowerDesign provides a real-time theme generator for Power BI designs. By purchasing a package, you gain recurring access to the application for creating designs as outlined on our Site.

2. Ownership and Licensing Upon purchasing a package, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application. You are not permitted to resell or redistribute the application or any part of it.
